Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and and sent my razor to them for honing. Never received any response that they received my razor and I am still waiting for my Honing Paste. The razor a was birthday gift from my wife. With no communication I am getting a bit worried. They also have not responded to several requests.

We love the product. The Customer service is terrible. agent had no answers and wasnt listening to a word stated. The sales dept doesnt exist. Called sales and you only get voicemail. no one returns messages. Not one of my emails were returned or acknowledged. Its very dissappinting especially after purchasing two bikes and trying to purchase more for a community kids club

Need a part

Gift card issue

I was calling trying to find out how I get my money back from your Razer Gold cards paid 50 never left the store and it said it has already been redeemed. Ok I buy the scooters and the first time it work well but some time ago the light turn on but when I try to accelerate it will not. The light still works, and the scooter still turns on; I don't know what the issue is.

Scooter stopped working

Razor USA - Scooter stopped working

Scooter was purchased for a sick little girl who had a cancerous brain tumor. After 6 months scooter would not go.

Sent the tech support numerous emails to resolve to this day has not responded (3weeks). Called and finally got a women on the phone and explained my situation. She gave me a warranty # to get free battery to fix problem I would just have to send my receipt. Next thing I know some guy named zek sends me an email becuz the date was cut off and he wanted to see if it was still under warranty.

Sent a reply stating what had been worked out and the warranty work # provided to me by them. Again they do not respond. The company is worthless to me treating a sick child this way!

They are horrible! They have no compassion for cancer children please for the sake of all sick children boycott their products

Find a repair shop near me

Not any repair shops close by! Nearest is 35 miles away with no transportation to get there. No alternatives given. Not good! they should have more LOCAL shops available!!! They were very nice in saying NOPE!!

Razor Dirt Quad

We purchased a Razor Dirt Quad and Razor electric scooter for my children for Christmas. Neither one has worked...straight out of the box. We contacted Razor and they have been absolutely useless. They refuse to take the product back. They have given us the run around after multiple phone calls and emails, sent us new parts which we have spent several hours replacing and guess what, they still dont work. They told me I have to return it to the store although there are at least three tags on each product that clearly state not to return it to the store. Don't buy Razor products. The company does not stand behind their horrible products and I am out $700.00.

Dirt Quad by Razor

We bought our a son a Razor Dirt Quad for Christmas the battary has no liffe to get and they will not replace it. we paid almost 500.00 for it and all they tell me is that we will have to pay the 55.00 dollars to replace the battary. which is not right. why do these big companys think that can walk all over people.
